Formally established in 1919, Herlihy Mid-Continent Company has nearly 100 years of experience in heavy highway construction. With this priceless experience under our belt we have built and reconstructed over a thousand bridges for local, state and federal municipalities.
As bridges remain our core specialty we are also using our skills and experience to build large retaining walls, toll plazas, pump stations, and other concrete structures. With a team of dedicated employees, and a deep commitment to safety and quality, HMC has completed the most challenging projects ahead of schedule and ahead of owner's expectations.
Behind our employees, our equipment is the most important resource. In construction, having equipment that is in good condition and is well maintained is a definite factor in how efficient a project will run. This is why our fleet is constantly being updated and added to with the latest technology available in heavy equipment.
Owned, operated and maintained by the company our equipment fleet includes everything from cranes and lifts to earth moving loaders and excavators. As we depend on our equipment day in and day out, it is lifting and pushing us to the next level.
